Holbrook Campout 2009

Well we had a splendid campout up at Beaver Mountain in Logan. It was beautiful, quiet, and even had showers! It was a nice relaxing time spent with people we love. Food was great, company was great, and we made some wonderful memories. You always know its a hit when your kids tell you it was "the best time of their whole life"! Pretty cute. Here are a few photos just to make you jealous that you weren't there to spend this awesome weekend with us. :)

what campout would be complete with out a round or two of Goin' on a Bear Hunt?!

Kailey and I enjoying the campfire

There was a rad fort in our campsite that was a lot of fun for the kids!

The Holbrook Boys playing a little bolo ball. (I think thats what its called...)

I debated on which photo to post of lil' Joe. I had so many great ones! From him trying to carry wood to the fire pit or blowing on the ashes to get the fire going. But I think this one takes the cake. The older kids and the dads got to go for a horse ride through the mountain and the littler ones were lead around the pasture so they could participate too. So funny! I love that the sun is shining through his adorable ears. :)

Jake leading Livy around on a beautiful white horse. So princessy!

Auntie Lisa squeezing on Kailey Rose

How cute are they?! Little BFF's!

Lily and Logan making beautiful drawings which they later sold at their art show! They had their art displayed in a gallery (grandmas clothesline) and made a handsome profit! (2 candy bars per picture!) They are so creative. I love it!

That was a blast. I was there. I saw it with my own eyes, even thought I'm not documented. =)
